By registering your CV, you agree to:

ensure that your CV and any other information which you provide to us is at all times true, accurate and current;

update your CV promptly if and when any of your details change; and

ensure that your CV does not contain any unlawful, obscene, defamatory, discriminatory or otherwise offensive material.

You acknowledge and agree that you will be solely responsible for the content of your CV and solely liable for any claims arising from any inaccurate, unlawful or other information contained in your CV. You agree to indemnify BankCV Recruitment Limited against any and all liability arising from your CV.

You may edit or withdraw your CV at any time without notice by using the logon name and password which we have provided.

You agree to:

keep any and all passwords and other security information which we provide to you confidential and secure; and

let us know immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised use of your password or other security data by any third party.

BankCV Recruitment Limited makes no warranties as to the availability of access to your CV and BankCV shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay in access to our website or your CV irrespective of the cause.

By registering your CV, BankCV Recruitment Limited agrees to include your CV in the BankCV website in accordance with these terms and condition such that it can be viewed by potential employers which have subscribed to the BankCV online CV service. However, BankCV does not warrant that by registering your CV you will be successful in receiving interview invitations or job offers from any potential employer.

We reserve the right to immediately and without notice cancel your access rights to your CV and/or to edit or withdraw your CV from our website if we reasonably believe that you have not acted in accordance with these terms and conditions.

If we have been unable to contact you and/or you have not responded to our messages for a period of 4 weeks, we reserve the right to cancel your access rights to your CV and withdraw your CV from our website until such time as you contact us.

These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
