M2M provides outplacement services and specific career advice to client companies and their staff involved in career transition. Our skills are based on a broad experience, understanding and knowledge of the sharp end of the financial markets, gained during more than two decades in the industry. These qualifications, plus a widespread network of contacts and an in-depth knowledge of career development and transition combine to produce our unique service. 

M2M managers and consultants have worked at senior level in dealing rooms and have developed wide contacts in that community. M2M uniquely provides a simulated dealing room environment with an information feed via Bloomberg enabling candidates to remain in the information and contact loops. This facility prevents the isolation of people in career transition, keeping them proactive and abreast of mainstream events both domestically and internationally. 

Central to our service is the support, guidance and coaching provided to help individuals manage their career transition. M2M supports individuals both wishing to continue in the financial markets community or wishing to pursue career options in alternative directions. Whilst M2M services are mostly a sponsored service provided through employers for their staff, we also welcome interest from private individuals.
